Product-connected
Every operating step begins with a defined product, buyer, order and destination.
Brazil Operations · São Paulo Base
Xingtu Brazil connects selected manufacturing supply with a 55-member Brazil-based operating team and a four-location warehousing and fulfillment network. The operation supports defined product programs through receiving, storage, order preparation, dispatch, distribution, marketplace activity, after-sales coordination, spare-parts handling and market feedback. These capabilities strengthen product supply; they do not turn the company into a public freight-forwarding service or an instant-checkout platform.
members in the Brazil-based operating team
A local team connects product requirements, receiving, channels, and after-sales coordination.
warehousing and fulfillment locations
One owned facility, one leased facility, and two partner-operated locations.
marketplace stores operated
Operating experience across stock, content, order flow, returns, and repeat-order decisions.
São Paulo base with nationwide commercial reach
Reach describes commercial coverage, not a claim of offices or warehouses in every region.
A product program does not end when a manufacturing partner completes production. Brazilian buyers also need a clear receiving plan, a realistic stock route, order preparation, delivery coordination, commercial communication and a response when parts or after-sales questions appear. Xingtu Brazil’s local operation connects those steps to the commercial agreement for each product.
The operating model is requirement-led. A drone battery program may emphasize technical evidence, import coordination, product continuity and after-sales communication. An electric cargo vehicle program may require receiving, parts planning and delivery coordination. A cleaning-supply program may use Brazil stock, carton or qualified mixed-order preparation and channel feedback. The capability follows the approved product and order; it is not sold as a generic menu of logistics services.
Every operating step begins with a defined product, buyer, order and destination.
Local communication connects stock, channels, delivery and after-sales responsibilities.
Availability, service level, timing and responsibility are confirmed for each program.
55-member Brazil-based operating team
The approved team figure describes 55 members in the Brazil-based operating team. It is not presented as a count of engineers, salespeople or employees in one location.

The team supports the practical work around local commerce, warehousing, fulfillment, distribution and customer coordination. Depending on the product, activities can include receiving communication, stock handling, order preparation, channel operation, delivery follow-up, returns coordination, product feedback and escalation to the manufacturing side.
The team does not replace the manufacturing partner’s engineering or certification responsibilities. Product-specific roles are divided before quotation so the buyer knows who confirms technical evidence, who coordinates the Brazil side and which questions require source review.
Buyer, channel and order information organized around a defined product program.
Receiving, stock, preparation, delivery and return questions connected locally.
Product and channel observations returned to the relevant commercial and manufacturing teams.
Four-location warehouse network
The approved public wording is a four-location warehousing and fulfillment network across owned, leased and partner-operated facilities.

The network provides different possible routes for receiving, storage, order preparation and dispatch. A selected facility depends on product characteristics, current stock, destination, commercial model and operating responsibility. The public website therefore explains the network structure without publishing exact addresses or suggesting that every product is held at every location.
For a Brazil-stock program, the team can confirm where the relevant inventory is handled and how orders are prepared. For an import-led program, the receiving and stock plan is built around the confirmed shipment and buyer requirement. For larger or specialized products, the route may differ from small household items. The network is a flexible operating structure, not one universal warehouse promise.
Selected according to product, shipment, destination and operating capability.
Confirmed against current facility and product requirements.
Planned around order format, delivery coverage and written responsibility.
No exact warehouse address is published. Nationwide reach describes commercial supply coverage, not owned facilities or offices in every region.
Owned, leased and partner-operated distinction
The distinction matters because control, service scope and operating responsibility can differ by location.

The owned facility is one part of the network, not a description of all four locations. The leased facility contributes operating capacity under a different property arrangement. Two additional locations are operated by partners and must be described as such. Xingtu Brazil does not present partner-operated sites as owned assets.
A commercial proposal identifies the relevant operating path and the responsibility Xingtu Brazil is prepared to coordinate. A buyer should not infer from the network count that every facility offers the same receiving window, storage condition, repacking work, returns process or product category. These details are confirmed only for the selected program.
An owned facility within the four-location operating network.
A leased facility contributing to warehousing and fulfillment capacity.
Partner-operated locations with responsibilities confirmed per program.
Receiving and storage
Receiving begins with the confirmed product, shipment or local transfer and the facility prepared to handle it.
Storage is planned according to current capability and product needs. The website does not claim specialized conditions for every category. Batteries, vehicles and household products have different handling questions, so suitability must be confirmed before the stock route is approved.
Expected product, quantity, packaging and timing organized before receipt.
Visible issues and count exceptions routed for review.
Facility and handling confirmed for the selected product.
Picking and packing
Order preparation can support cartons, qualified mixed orders or other defined supply paths when the product and facility allow it.

Picking instructions should identify the product, quantity, buyer order and destination. Packing work follows the available product packaging and the separately confirmed preparation scope. Cleaning supplies may allow selected mixed-order handling; battery and vehicle programs follow their own product and shipping requirements.
Product and quantity linked to the approved buyer order.
Carton, mixed or project-specific work confirmed before execution.
Missing, damaged or unclear items escalated instead of silently substituted.
Dispatch and delivery
Dispatch turns a prepared order into a coordinated delivery step, with responsibilities defined by the commercial arrangement.
The team can organize dispatch information, delivery destination and handoff communication for supply across Brazil. The appropriate route depends on product, size, service area, buyer requirement and the provider selected for the movement. Xingtu Brazil coordinates the product program; it does not publicly present itself as the carrier for every order.
City, state, contact and receiving requirement confirmed.
Prepared order and delivery information connected to the selected route.
Exceptions routed through the responsible commercial parties.
Marketplace operations
Xingtu Brazil operates 30+ marketplace stores and can apply channel experience to product-program decisions.

Mercado Livre, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Amazon and Temu may be referenced as channels of operating experience. Their names do not imply endorsement, certification, guaranteed listing access or an official partnership. Xingtu Brazil also does not promise marketplace sales performance for a buyer.
Recurring buyer questions can expose missing product information.
Packing and fulfillment issues can inform later preparation decisions.
Observed demand supports planning but never creates a sales guarantee.
Marketplace operating experience is evidence of channel work, not a performance guarantee or platform endorsement.
Distribution
Distribution begins with a product, target buyer, territory or channel and a practical repeat-supply plan.
The team can coordinate product availability, order format, stock route and commercial communication for wholesalers, dealers, retailers and other B2B channels. A distribution discussion may also include display samples, parts, training material or reorder planning when those items are relevant and available.
Product and commercial model reviewed against the buyer’s real route to market.
Opening order and replenishment discussed according to product and demand evidence.
Sales, delivery, parts and customer communication roles documented.
Product inspection
Operating teams can identify visible condition, packaging, labels, count and obvious receiving exceptions.
This work is different from laboratory testing, engineering approval, certification, legal conformity assessment or a full third-party pre-shipment inspection. Technical acceptance criteria must be defined with the relevant manufacturing and compliance parties.
External condition and packaging observations recorded when in scope.
Product, label and order references compared at a practical level.
Exceptions sent to the party responsible for technical or commercial decision.
Returns and after-sales coordination
After-sales coordination starts with the buyer, order, product, issue description and available evidence.
The Brazil team can collect the commercial context, photos, labels, operating description and requested outcome, then route the case to the responsible party. A household product return may follow a different path from a battery technical case or a vehicle-parts question.
Order and issue information organized before escalation.
Commercial, product and manufacturing roles checked.
Next steps communicated according to the written terms.
Spare-parts handling
Parts continuity is most effective when critical items and identification are discussed before the main order.
A public category page cannot guarantee every part for every platform. Part numbers, compatibility, stock, price, lead time and replacement instructions depend on the selected model and source confirmation. On-site service is not currently offered as a standard service.
Critical and wear-item directions reviewed with the initial program.
Model and part evidence collected before quotation or dispatch.
Confirmed parts can follow a planned repeat-order route.
Product testing and market feedback
A smaller initial program can expose product, packaging, documentation and operating questions before a larger commitment.
The appropriate evidence depends on the category. A drone-battery project needs aircraft and power-system evidence plus engineering validation. A vehicle project needs route, surface, load and charging evidence. A retail product may need sample, packaging, channel and reorder feedback. Xingtu Brazil coordinates the Brazil-side observations with the relevant commercial and manufacturing parties.
Identify what the sample or pilot must prove.
Record technical, operating, packaging or channel observations.
Revise, repeat, scale or stop based on the evidence.
In Preview, gaps remain visible for production. In production, unapproved assets collapse without empty cards.
Clear limits protect the buyer from assuming a service, stock position or result that has not been priced and accepted. The final scope always follows the selected product and written commercial agreement.
Share the product, buyer type, quantity, destination, channel, stock expectation and required local responsibilities. Xingtu Brazil will identify what can be supported directly, what depends on a facility or partner, and what must be confirmed by the manufacturing source.
