Requirement definition
The search starts after the product and acceptance evidence are clear
A useful brief explains the product, function, user, application, dimensions, materials, interfaces, quality level, reference evidence, quantity, destination and commercial context. A target price can be included as context, but it cannot replace the product definition or be treated as a guaranteed outcome.
The buyer should also identify what must be proven: a physical sample, test report, material declaration, packaging test, production evidence, certification review or channel response. Different claims require different evidence, and documentation available for one market or model may not apply in Brazil.
Xingtu Brazil first checks whether the project fits an understood category, a relevant source network and a responsible commercial path. Projects with unclear function, prohibited products, unsupported claims, impossible evidence or no realistic quantity may be paused rather than sent to an unlimited factory search.

Qualification looks beyond a company profile. The review can include legal identity, product and process capability, sample quality, quality-control approach, communication, evidence, capacity and commercial fit. A factory image or website claim is not enough to prove a specific product or certification.

Samples and specification confirmation
Use the sample to answer a written acceptance question
A sample can confirm dimensions, material, finish, interface, packaging, operation or another defined requirement. The buyer identifies who reviews it, the test or comparison method and the evidence required to accept, revise or reject it.
The approved result is converted into a controlled specification, reference sample or written record before commercial production. Changes in material, component, source, color, packaging or process should be disclosed and reviewed; a first sample does not guarantee every later unit without quality controls.
Sample fees, freight, timing and commercial status are confirmed before shipment.

Packaging and inspection
Define protection and acceptance before goods are complete
Packaging includes unit protection, inner pack, carton, labels, barcodes, Portuguese or other required language, manuals and brand requirements. Standard source packaging may be suitable, or the project may require design, sample, MOQ, material and lead-time work.
Inspection should state what is checked, when, against which specification, by whom and how exceptions are handled. A visual count differs from functional testing or a laboratory result. Xingtu Brazil can coordinate defined inspections or evidence flows but does not present every local check as independent certification.

Commercial terms
Compare quotations only after scope and assumptions align
A useful quotation states product, specification, quantity, MOQ, price basis, tooling, sample, packaging, payment, lead time, validity, documents and exclusions. Quotes with different materials, tests, packaging or delivery terms are not directly comparable even if the product name is similar.
The buyer should distinguish target price from accepted cost and understand which inputs can change. Xingtu Brazil coordinates commercial clarification and proposal preparation but does not guarantee the lowest price, fixed exchange rate, supplier capacity or unchanged terms.
Final terms exist only in the accepted written quotation and commercial confirmation.

The project should identify importer responsibility, classification and compliance questions, model-specific documents, labels, shipping restrictions, destination, receiving facility, stock plan and delivery needs before production is committed. Qualified Brazilian advisers and authorities decide legal, customs and tax matters.
Xingtu Brazil can connect manufacturing documents with import and Brazil receiving coordination for an approved program. It does not guarantee customs clearance, a tax result, license, delivery date or universal DDP path. The route depends on product, importer and written responsibilities.
